Labeling and Marking Requirements

According to legislation, most products imported into the country must be labeled in the Tajik and Russian languages.  Product labels should include names, manufacturer, country of origin, information on date of production, period of validity, storage conditions, nutrition data, and usage instructions. 

Product manufacturers or sellers obtaining a certificate of conformity have the right to use a mark of conformity established by the State System of Technical Regulation.
