Border Trade Controls: Imported and exported goods must be on lists agreed between the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the concerned state, and a copy of this agreement must be deposited with the Central Bank of Sudan in the state where the transaction occurs.  

Exemption of border trade from security conditions: The import process must be carried out within a maximum of six months.  The incoming and outgoing forms will be handled electronically.  The export form must be equal in value to the incoming form, provided that the outgoing form is processed first.  New export forms are not issued until after confirming the exporter’s commitment to carry out the initial import process.
