Sudan’s Customs Authority is under the Ministry of Interior. Its website is outdated (http://customs.gov.sd/en/) and offers very little useful information. Before you export, you need to determine whether your product, technology, or service might need an export license. Consult the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security for information regarding the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), as well as the U.S. State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control in export licensing. See Article on Export Licensing.
