Preliminary Determination in Countervailing Duty Investigation of Vertical Shaft Engines 99cc to 225cc from China
On August 18, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of imports of certain vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc, and parts thereof (small vertical shaft engines) from China.
