Preliminary Determination in Countervailing Duty Investigation of Non-Refillable Steel Cylinders from China
On August 25, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of imports of non-refillable steel cylinders from China.
