Preliminary Determination in Antidumping Duty Investigation of Twist Ties from China
On December 4, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of certain twist ties from China.

Imports of twist ties enter under basket HTSUS subheadings that cover a significant amount of non-subject merchandise. Therefore, the petitioner estimated that imports of twist ties accounted for approximately $4.15 million in 2019.
