On February 5, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of certain metal lockers and parts thereof (metal lockers) from China.

The petitioners are DeBourgh Manufacturing Co. (La Junta, Colorado), List Industries, Inc. (Deerfield Beach, FL), Penco Products, Inc. (Greenville, NC), and Tennsco LLC (Dickson, TN).
