Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Silicon Metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Iceland, and Malaysia
On July 21 , 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) investigations of silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, and Malaysia, and a countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of imports of silicon metal from Kazakhstan.
