Final Determination in Countervailing Duty Investigation of Steel Nails from India, Oman, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Turkey
On August 16, 2022, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of steel nails from India, Oman, Sri Lanka, and Turkey; and announced its negative final determination in the CVD investigation of steel nails from Thailand.
