Lithuania is in a good position to serve as a base for distribution for all three Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia) for agricultural products from the United States. In 2021, Lithuania imported agricultural and fish products worth $2 billion, of which $87 million originated from the United States. U.S. products with strong sales potential in the Lithuanian market include: fish and seafood products; nuts; wines and distilled spirits; and highly processed and functional ingredients.
