Guyana permits temporary entry of goods but requires advance notification to the Customs and Trade Administration (CTA) of the GRA and standard goods registration at the port of entry.  Guyana requires the importer to make a bond deposit to the CTA.  If the importer fails to re-export the goods, the importer will be required to pay the necessary duties and other charges.  For further information about temporary entry please contact:
