Preliminary Negative Determination in the Antidumping Duty Investigation of Ceramic Tile from India
On November 25, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary negative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of ceramic tile from India. Commerce is also conducting a concurrent countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of ceramic tile from India.
