Preliminary Determinations in the Countervailing Duty Investigations of Certain Paper Plates from the People’s Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
On June 25, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of certain paper plates from the People’s Republic of China (China) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). Commerce is conducting concurrent antidumping duty (AD) investigations of certain paper plates from China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
