Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Countervailing Duty Investigations of Hexamine from the People’s Republic of China and India

On March 3, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the affirmative preliminary determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of hexamine from the People’s Republic of China (China) and India. Commerce is concurrently conducting antidumping duty investigations of hexamine from China, Germany, India, and Saudi Arabia.
