Preliminary Affirmative Determination in the Countervailing Duty Investigation of Certain Glass Wine Bottles from the People’s Republic of China (China) 

On May 29, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of certain glass wine bottles from China. Commerce is concurrently conducting antidumping duty (AD) investigations of certain glass wine bottles from Chile, China, and Mexico.
