Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Antidumping Duty Investigations of Ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia

On November 1, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia. Commerce is conducting concurrent countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia.
