Preliminary Affirmative Determination in the Countervailing Duty Investigation of Aluminum Extrusions from the People’s Republic of China, Indonesia, Mexico, and Turkey

On March 5, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of aluminum extrusions from the People’s Republic of China (China), Indonesia, Mexico, and Turkey. Commerce is conducting concurrent antidumping duty investigations of aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
