- Memorandums of Understanding with Ethiopia, Kenya, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Tunisia, and Mozambique
U.S. Government Initiatives
ITA works with other U.S. Government agencies and foreign governments to support the following efforts:
- The African Growth and Opportunities Act (AGOA) provides tariff-free access to the U.S. market for compliant African countries
- Prosper Africa brings together the interagency, including the Departments of State and Commerce, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) and the U.S. Development Finance Corporation (DFC), to coordinate support of U.S.-Africa business engagement.
