On February 15, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) investigations of certain paper plates from the People’s Republic of China (China), Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of certain paper plates from China and Vietnam.
