Commerce Initiates Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Disposable Aluminum Containers, Pans, Trays, and Lids from the People’s Republic of China

On June 6, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from the People’s Republic of China (China).
