Preliminary Determinations in Antidumping Duty Investigations of Aluminum Foil from Armenia, Brazil, Oman, Russia and Turkey
On April 28, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of aluminum foil from Armenia, Brazil, Oman, and Russia, and its negative preliminary determination in the AD investigation of aluminum foil from Turkey.
