Preliminary Determination in the Countervailing Duty Investigations of Certain Steel Nails from India, Oman, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Turkey
On June 1, 2022, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of certain steel nails from India, Oman, Sri Lanka, and Turkey, and announced a negative preliminary determination in the CVD investigation of certain steel nails from Thailand.
