On October 27, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) investigations of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Argentina, Mexico, and Russia, and countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of OCTG from Russia, and South Korea
