Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Chassis and Subassemblies Thereof from China
On August 20, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of certain chassis and subassemblies thereof (chassis) from China.

The petitioner estimated the 2019 import value of chassis from China at $250 million.

(Pittsview, AL), Pratt Industries, Inc. (Bridgman, MI), and Stoughton Trailers, LLC (Stoughton, WI).
