Final Determinations in Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Certain Walk-Behind Lawn Mowers and Parts Thereof from China and Vietnam
On May 17, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of certain walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof (lawn mowers) from China and Vietnam, and affirmative final determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of lawn mowers from China.
