Western Pennsylvania District Export Council
The Western Pennsylvania DEC is made up of regional business leaders actively exporting a product or service or providing a service in the exporting process. They provide a regional network of trade expertise to help grow export markets for the companies in their 36-county coverage in Western and Central PA.

The Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) are the only statewide, nationally accredited program that provides high quality one-on-one consulting, training and information resources to empower new and existing businesses. The Pennsylvania SBDC provides consulting services and educational programs to entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their small business.
