Preliminary Affirmative Determination in the Countervailing Duty Investigation of Alkyl Phosphate Esters from the People’s Republic of China

On September 30, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of alkyl phosphate esters from the People’s Republic of China (China). Commerce is conducting a concurrent antidumping duty investigation of alkyl phosphate esters from China, and has aligned the final countervailing duty determination with the final antidumping duty determination.
