Keigan Mull
Keigan Mull is a Senior Counselor in the International Trade Administration. In this role, he leads ITA’s trade and investment portfolio, with an emphasis on trade enforcement, supply chain resilience, and critical and emerging technologies. He also leads ITA’s work in Europe and the Western Hemisphere and is driving special projects related to critical minerals, labor, and workforce development.
Mull joined the Department of Commerce as a Senior Advisor in ITA’s Enforcement and Compliance unit, where he focused on strategic enforcement initiatives and led the Department’s efforts regarding steel and aluminum policy issues.
Prior to joining the Department of Commerce, Mull served as Trade Counsel for the Committee on Ways and Means for eight years. In that capacity, he worked on the United States-Mexico-Canada agreement negotiations and bill passage, US-China trade issues, labor and environment provisions in trade agreements, and forced labor enforcement, among other issues. Prior to Ways and Means, Mull was an Associate in the trade group at Hughes Hubbard and Reed in Washington, DC.
Mull received his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Butler University.
