U.S. Small Business Administration
- Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) - The SBIR and STTR programs, known as “America’s Seed Fund,” are highly competitive programs that encourage domestic small businesses to engage in Federal Research/Research and Development (R/R&D) with the potential for commercialization. SBA serves as the coordinating agency for the SBIR and STTR programs.

U.S. Department of Energy
- Technology-to-Market Plan - This plan serves as a guide for project teams under the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) to assess and advance the commercial viability of their technology.
- New Programs - For the next five years, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law will stand up 60 new Department of Energy (DOE) programs, including 16 demonstration and 32 deployment programs, and expands funding for 12 existing research, development, demonstration, and deployment (RDD&D) programs. DOE looks forward to being a partner for states, communities, and industry as we move the U.S. economy towards clean energy, and lower carbon emissions future by strengthening the nation’s outdated energy infrastructure.

- Technology Transfer (“T2”) Program - The U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT’s) T2 Program coordinates documents and supports T2 activities across DOT focusing on research collaboration, knowledge transfer, information dissemination, and the practical application of research.
Export-Import Bank of the United States
- Make More in America - The Export-Import Bank of the United States’ (EXIM) Board of Directors approved its Make More in America initiative allowing EXIM to offer domestic financing on April 14, 2022 to support rebuilding U.S. supply chains in key priority areas, including clean tech. EXIM can provide financing to creditworthy domestic manufacturing and export projects that will help facilitate exports by building the manufacturing capacity of commercially-proven technologies.
