BEA’s Got Your Number: New Foreign Direct Investment and DICI Data Webinar

2024 SelectUSA Canada Conference

The 2024 SelectUSA Canada Conference is the 8th iteration of this annual event. This conference is the U.S. Commercial Service Canada’s largest in-country investment attraction event.
The Canada Conference will bring together U.S. Economic Development Organizations and interested Canadian investors to facilitate one-on-one meetings and networking opportunities, alongside a robust program geared towards Canadian companies planning to expand in the United States.

U.S. Clean Energy Market Landscape Webinar

The United States has emerged as a leading destination for clean energy investments over the past decade, particularly following the enactment of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) in August 2022, which has sparked a surge in climate investments. This webinar will provide participants with valuable insights into public and private investments in the manufacturing and deployment of climate technologies across the United States. We will explore current trends in foreign direct investment and projections for renewable electricity demand, along with an overview of financing and available loans for clean energy projects. Participants will gain an enhanced understanding of the industry, financial landscape, and policy developments driving the U.S. renewable energy market.
Webinar: 2025 SelectUSA Mexico Conference

Come learn about opportunities to attract Mexican FDI into your region. This is an informative session for U.S. Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) about the upcoming 2025 SelectUSA Mexico Conference program. During this webinar on November 13th, we will discuss the benefits of participating in this initiative.
The 2025 SelectUSA Mexico Conference program will allow U.S. EDOs to connect with potential investors and promote the uniqueness of their regions for them. It is expected that participant EDOs will gain access to over to 300 unique contacts of small, medium and large sized Mexican firms.
Webinar: Opportunities in the United States Clean Energy Market for Foreign Direct Investment

The U.S. clean hydrogen market is poised for rapid expansion, fueled by historic commitments to a clean energy economy. With incentives from the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), clean hydrogen is becoming increasingly cost-competitive.
In this webinar, participants will gain valuable insights into the U.S. clean hydrogen market, financing, and hear practical examples from industry experts. We will also discuss challenges, opportunities, and key considerations throughout the value chain and production processes.

SelectUSA for EDOs: Resources and Data Tools for Economic Developers
Date: January 15, 2025
A member of the SelectUSA Investment Research Team will lead this session to explore the SelectUSA resources and data tools available to economic developers. This session will cover selected chapters from the SelectUSA Investor Guide, EDO Value Proposition Toolkit, an introduction to customized research for qualified clients, and open-access FDI and industry data tools to support economic developers in their FDI attraction strategy.
2025 SelectUSA Brazil Roadshow
Locations: São Paulo | Goiânia | Curitiba | Florianópolis | Porto Alegre
Dates: January 27 - February 4, 2025
The 2025 SelectUSA Brazil Roadshow program will provide an opportunity for U.S. EDOs to connect with targeted potential investors and promote the uniqueness of their States and localities across the U.S. It is expected that participant EDOs will have the opportunity to engage with over 600 unique contacts of small, medium and large sized Brazilian firms.
As part of EDOs participation at the 2025 SelectUSA Brazil Roadshow program, our team will facilitate individual (one-on-one) connections with potential investors to all EDOs participants.
The program will consist of stops in 5 cities with targeted focus in each stop:
- São Paulo, January 27; (Largest source of Brazilian FDI to the U.S.)
- Goiânia, January 28; (Agribusiness, Automotive, Pharma)
- Curitiba, January 29; (Fastest growing source of Brazilian FDI)
- Florianópolis, January 31; (Fastest growing source of Brazilian FDI)
- Porto Alegre, February 3-4; (Second largest source of Brazilian FDI)
Overall, these destinations will expose EDOs to the origin of over 80% source of outflows of foreign direct investment.

2025 SelectUSA Türkiye Roadshow
Locations: Istanbul | Ankara | Izmir
Dates: January 28 - January 30, 2025
The 2025 SelectUSA Türkiye Roadshow is the leading event in Türkiye for promoting and facilitating investment into the United States. This three-city roadshow is an opportunity for U.S. Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) to present to Turkish companies interested in establishing a presence in the United States.
With strength in key sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, infrastructure, and renewable energy, Turkish firms are well-positioned to expand their global presence to the United States. The Turkiye Roadshow will make stops in the following cities:
- Tuesday, January 28th: Istanbul
- Wednesday, January 29th: Ankara
- Thursday, January 30th: Izmir
Space may be limited and will be awarded on a first- come first-served basis

2025 SelectUSA ASEAN Roadshow
Location: Singapore | Kuala Lumpur | Ho Chi Minh City
Dates: February 10th - 14th, 2025
SelectUSA and U.S. Commercial Service Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam will be leading a three-country roadshow, the inaugural 2025 SelectUSA ASEAN Roadshow. The program aims to provide EDOs with the opportunity to network with innovative Southeast Asian firms who are looking to invest in the United States.
Sectors of focus will include semiconductors, clean energy, healthcare and life sciences, agrotechnology, advanced manufacturing, and aerospace.
The program will consist of stops in the following cities:
- Singapore, February 10-11
- Kuala Lumpur, February 12
- Ho Chi Minh City, February 13-14

SelectUSA Mexico Conference
Location: Mexico City
Dates: February 25 - 26, 2025
The 2025 SelectUSA Mexico Conference is the second SelectUSA conference to be held in Mexico and is the gateway for Mexican investors seeking to expand into the United States. It has become a must-attend event for U.S. economic developers seeking to attract Mexican investment. The Mexico Conference serves as an initial touchpoint and introduction for Mexican firms interested in investment opportunities in the United States.
This comprehensive event includes a conference program tailored for investors, one-on-one meetings facilitating connections between EDOs and companies, and invaluable networking opportunities and an evening reception.
The program will consist of two days of programming including the following topics:
- Day 1: Services for foreign companies, Manufacturing, Startups, Agribusiness, Energy.

SelectUSA Poland Roadshow

The 2025 SelectUSA Poland Roadshow will take place from February 27th to March 6th, 2025, in Katowice, Poznan, Warsaw, and for the first time also in Vilnius, Lithuania.
This program includes multiple promotional events that connect U.S. Economic Development Organizations to potential investors. Each stop will feature discussion of SelectUSA services and sessions on key topics of concern for investors.

The 2025 SelectUSA New Zealand Roadshow is the leading event in New Zealand for promoting and facilitating investment into the United States. Held in conjunction with the local Invest USA Committee, this three-city roadshow is an opportunity for U.S. state and local Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) to present to New Zealand companies interested in establishing a presence in the United States.
The program will consist of multi-day conference including the following topics:

Building Bridges to the USA: The Netherlands, Belgium, and France
Location: Eindhoven | Brussels | Paris | Lille | Lyon | Strasbourg
Dates: February 20th – 27th, 2025
SelectUSA and U.S. Commercial Service Netherlands, Belgium and France will be leading a three-country roadshow, Building Bridges to the USA. The program aims to provide educational programming and networking opportunities for Dutch, Belgian and French firms to learn about opportunities for investing into the United States.
Each program will include tailored sessions for businesses and will provide opportunities to network and to connect investors with U.S. state economic development organizations in one-on-one meetings. Date and locations are subject to change.
The program will consist of stops in the following cities:
