Preliminary Determinations in the Countervailing Duty Investigations of Melamine from Germany, India, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago 

On July 16, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of Melamine from Germany, India, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago. Commerce is conducting concurrent antidumping duty (AD) investigations of melamine from Germany, India, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago.
