Preliminary Determinations in the Antidumping Duty Investigations of Melamine from Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago

Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Antidumping Duty Investigations of Melamine from Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, and Trinidad and Tobago, and Preliminary Negative Determination in the Antidumping Duty Investigation of Melamine from Qatar.

On September 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of melamine from Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, and Trinidad and Tobago, and the preliminary negative determination in the AD investigation of melamine from Qatar. Commerce is also concurrently conducting countervailing duty investigations of melamine from Germany, India, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago.
