Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Antidumping Duty Investigations of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid from the People’s Republic of China and India

On November 7, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid (2,4-D) from the People’s Republic of China (China) and India. Commerce is conducting concurrent countervailing duty investigations of 2,4-D from China and India.
