Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation

On June 24, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation (Russia). Commerce is conducting concurrent antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on imports of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia.
