Saudi Arabia Design and Construction the New Murabba Project Opportunities
The project, which aims to create a modern downtown in Riyadh covering 19 million square meters and housing 420,000 residents and countless visitors, has announced its estimated cost may reach around $50 billion.
The centerpiece of the project is the Mukaab, a cube-shaped skyscraper standing 400 meters high, 400 meters wide, and 400 meters long. The Mukaab will incorporate cutting-edge technology and innovative design, offering state-of-the-art entertainment, dining, and retail experiences.
Scheduled for completion by 2030 in time for Expo Riyadh 2030, the project will be implemented in three phases:
• Development of the Mukaab and surrounding district.
• Development of an adjacent business district.
• Completion of the project’s facilities and logistics.
