Poland Information Technology 88 million USD to boost cybersecurity

The Polish government is strengthening its cybersecurity defenses with the launch of the “Cybersecure Government” program. Starting on February 28, public institutions can apply for a share of 88 million USD to modernize and expand data protection systems and IT infrastructure, including purchasing equipment and software. The grants will go to key entities within the National Cybersecurity System responsible for state and citizen security – central government administration bodies and voivodships.

These 88 million USD in grants will be allocated for upgrading IT infrastructure, implementing advanced security measures, and improving cybersecurity specialists’ skills. The program focuses on three pillars: organizational procedures, staff competencies, and advanced protection technologies.

The application period runs from February 28, 2025, to March 31, 2025. Detailed information and application documents are available on the program’s official website. U.S. companies can benefit from the program by providing their advanced IT and infrastructure products to the Polish government, supporting the modernization and expansion of its cybersecurity systems.
