Government Influence Trade Barriers
U.S. trade agreements ensure that foreign governments conduct covered procurements/tenders fairly and impartially, and don’t grant unfair advantages to state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in the commercial marketplace. TANC works to end trade barriers caused when foreign governments do not honor multilateral, regional, or bilateral U.S. trade agreement commitments.
