On December 3, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its final affirmative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of melamine from Germany, Japan, the Netherlands and Trinidad and Tobago, and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of melamine from Germany, Qatar, and Trinidad and Tobago, and the final negative determination in the AD investigation of melamine from Qatar
