Final Affirmative Determinations in the Antidumping Duty (AD) Investigations of Mattresses from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, Italy, the Philippines, Poland, Slovenia, and Taiwan 

On May 9, 2024, Commerce announced affirmative final determinations in the AD investigations of mattresses from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, Italy, the Philippines, Poland, Slovenia, and Taiwan. Commerce is concurrently conducting AD investigations on mattresses from India, Kosovo, Mexico, and Spain and a countervailing duty (CVD) investigation on mattresses from Indonesia.

NOTE:  Commerce’s preliminary and final determination deadlines are governed by statute. For AD investigations, the deadlines are set forth in sections 733(b) and 735(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended.
