On December 26, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of certain glass wine bottles from the People’s Republic of China (China) and Mexico.

• The petitioner is the U.S. Glass Producers Coalition, which consists of Ardagh Glass Inc. (Indianapolis, IN) and the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC (Pittsburgh, PA).
