- The petitioner is the U.S. Glass Producers Coalition, which consists of Ardagh Glass Inc. (Indianapolis, IN) and the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC (Pittsburgh, PA).
- On December 10, 2024, the petitioner withdrew its petition regarding imports of wine bottles from Chile. As such, Commerce has terminated its investigation of wine bottles from Chile.
