Preliminary Determination in the Antidumping Investigation of Silicon Metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland

On December 8, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland.

The petitioners are Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. (Beverly, OH) and Mississippi Silicon LLC (Burnsville, MS).
