Preliminary Determination in Countervailing Duty Investigation of Phosphate Fertilizers from Morocco and Russia
On November 24, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of imports of phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and Russia.
