Preliminary Determination in the Antidumping Duty Investigation of Certain Non-Refillable Steel Cylinders from China

On October 26, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of imports of certain non-refillable steel cylinders from China.
