On April 21, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of organic soybean meal from India.

For AD investigations, the deadlines are set forth in sections 733(b) and 735(a) of the Act. These deadlines may be extended under certain circumstances.

(Washington, IA), Sheppard Grain Enterprises, LLC (Phelps, NY), Simmons Grain Co. (Salem, OH), Super Soy, LLC (Brodhead, WI), and Tri-State Crush (Syracuse, IN).
