Final Determinations in Antidumping Duty Investigation of Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand from Eight Countries
On December 8, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Turkey, Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as its affirmative final determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of PC strand from Turkey.
