On June 21, 2022, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of urea ammonium nitrate solutions from Russia and Trinidad & Tobago.

The petitioner is CF Industries Nitrogen, LLC (Deerfield, IL) and its subsidiaries, Terra Nitrogen, Limited Partnership and Terra International (Oklahoma).
