Trevor Kellogg serves as Chief of Staff for the International Trade Administration (ITA) at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he oversees strategic initiatives that strengthen U.S. trade policy, enhance investment security, and promote American businesses globally. Working closely with ITA leadership, he works to implement policies that drive U.S. economic competitiveness, ensure fair trade, and reinforce national security priorities. 

Prior to joining ITA, Trevor was an Advisor to the President of the World Bank Group, where he provided strategic analysis and policy guidance on economic and financial issues. He played a key role in advancing initiatives related to debt transparency, institutional reform, and financial stability in developing economies. 

Previously, Trevor served as Special Advisor for International Affairs and Assistant Executive Secretary at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he advised on global financial policy, trade enforcement, investment security, and economic sanctions. He contributed to key initiatives such as the implementation of FIRRMA, Section 232 and Section 301 trade actions, tax cuts, and U.S. participation in multilateral economic forums, ensuring alignment with U.S. economic and security priorities. 

Earlier in his career, Trevor worked in management consulting, advising corporate clients and government agencies on fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and financial risk management. 

Trevor holds a double degree in Finance and Political Science from the University of Washington.
