Defense Logistics Agency

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is DoD’s largest combat support agency, providing worldwide logistics support in both peacetime and wartime to the military services as well as several civilian agencies and foreign countries. The Defense Logistics Agency Acquisition (J7) Directorate manages the establishment and operations of procurement policy and oversight for DLA’s 5.2 million items managed. With nearly $35 billion in annual sales, DLA buys, stores and distributes food, fuel, uniform apparel, pharmaceutical, medical and surgical products and equipment and weapons system repair parts for the military services and other customers worldwide.

DLA Troop Support Clothing & Textiles (C&T) provides clothing, textiles and equipment to U.S. service members, other federal agencies and partner nations. This specific troop support outfits every soldier, sailor, airman and Marine around the world, from their first day of service in boot camp, to camouflage uniforms worn on the battlefield and service dress uniforms.
