White Grape Juice Concentrate
On March 17, 2023, Commerce and signatory producers/exporters accounting for substantially all imports of white grape juice concentrate from Argentina and the Government of Argentina signed Agreements Suspending the Antidumping (AD) and Countervailing Duty (CVD) Investigations on White Grape Juice Concentrate from Argentina. The AD Agreement sets reference prices for sales of white grape juice concentrate to the United States, and the CVD Agreement sets export limits on white grape juice concentrate from Argentina.
