Rossi Ralenkotter has more than 30 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry. Because Las Vegas is an international gateway, he is also very well versed on the challenges and issues facing the nation’s ports of entry and transportation systems. The LVCVA is charged with marketing Southern Nevada as a tourism and convention destination worldwide, and also with operating the Las Vegas Convention Center and Cashman Center. With approximately 136,000 hotel rooms in Las Vegas alone and 9.7 million square feet of meeting and exhibit space citywide, the LVCVA's mission centers on attracting increasing numbers of leisure and business visitors to the area. Rossi was appointed to the Travel and Tourism Advisory Board in 2008 and served as Board Chair from 2010 to 2011.
